Collection Associates, Inc. is a licensed and bonded accounts management company serving Indiana and the surrounding area since 1985. CAI is an active member of the Indiana Collectors Association, American Collectors Association, Health Financial Management Association, and American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. CAI employees are involved in ACA's continuing education program, which includes becoming professional collection specialists or earning a Scholar Degree in Collection Business Management.
