Clients may access our FacsWeb 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in at the "Client
Login" box located on each web page in the top right corner. You may also access it by going
to https://facsweb.helpuspay.com and inputting your user name and password.
The FACS web allows our clients to securely:
View your accounts online.
Clients may look for demographic updates, check the collection status or view the
payment history on their accounts in a secure HIPPA and FDCPA compliant environment.
Send electronic placement and payment files.
It's as easy as logging in to the FACS web, clicking the file transfer tab and then identifying your file by using the browser and clicking the upload file tab. If successfully transmitted, a screen will pop up notifying you that we have received your file.
