The CAI Call Center staff is trained thoroughly in salesmanship, negotiation techniques, and on the latest federal laws and regulations governing collections. Their showing continual respect for the consumer is appreciated by our clients and brings the collectors much success on recovering the delinquent amount. The Call Center works through an automated dialer that interfaces with the consumer database. Any account the dialer detects answering machines or hang-up will not go to an account representative, therefore, their time is used effectively for live negotiations.
